To 20 minutes of distance of the capital of province, for the national highway 420, we find the village of Libros.
Before arriving at the same one, the traveler will be at foot of the highway with a magnificent rock in the middle of the orchard known as the Peña del Cid, where we will be able to rest in a small recreation area located there.
The village has been built following the road which, in turn, runs parallel to the Turia River. Several constructions call our attention as soon as we arrive at the place, due to its peculiar narrowness. Around it are the most notable buildings of the municipality, the church of San Juan Bautista, the hermitage of the Virgen del Pilar and the Huerta.
The municipality also has a swimming pool, a covered fronton and a soccer field. Also with a recreation area for adults with its Chiringuito and for children a playground with slides, swings, etc.. For lovers of fishing, you can enjoy a variety of native species of the Turia river, in his free preserve you can fish for fish such as trout, rainbow trout, madrillas or gobies, barbels and eels. Once there, the traveler can rest at Casa Rural Teresa, where you can find rest and good traditional cuisine.
